Founded over 20 years ago, W.F. McLaughlin & Co., Inc. is a brokerage firm
that specializes in income producing real estate investment properties and rehabilitations.
Our geographic area of concentration is in Northeastern New York State with
emphasis on the Capital District including Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and
Schenectady counties. Transactions have ranged from a low of $50,000 for shells
to as high as $20,000,000 for historic rehabilitations.
William F. McLaughlin
Bill is the principal broker at the firm. He has over 30 years of real estate
investing and brokerage experience. He is a former partner of the investment
banking firm Loeb Rhoades & Co., 42 Wall St., New York, NY. Bill gained
significant expertise and experience in this highly specialized area of the
real estate business.
Elliott Jay Rosen
Elliott has over 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience including the sale and leasing of multi-family properties, retail space, industrial and warehouse space and vacant land. Elliott has built and renovated a number of office, retail and multi-family properties over the last twenty-five years and owns a number of investment properties primarily in the Capital Region. Elliott has also represented a number of developers in acquiring and assembling properties for redevelopment into low or moderate income housing.
Millis McLaughlin
Millis is a licensed real estate salesperson. Millis is also a principal with
the McLaughlin Group and has overseen many renovations and rehabilitations of
multi-family properties as well as a bed and breakfast and vacation rentals.
